Kim Novak's Appearance Shocks At 2014 Oscar Awards

Kim Novak caused a stir on line after her presentation of an animation award at the 2014 Oscars.  





Joined by Matthew McConaughey, 44, on stage to present an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, Novak, 81, struggled to speak and her face appeared bizarrely stiff.

Many went on twitter to poke fun at the "Vertigo" actress, while others rallied to her defense.
