Pele is not dead. Pele, 74, is alive and fine despite a death hoax that created a buzz on Friday when the twitter account for the CNN show "New Day" falsely tweeted that the soccer legend had passed away.
A spokesperson for Pele soon unmasked the alleged "breaking" news.
