Justin Bieber Told Cops His Previously Fractured Foot Affected Sobriety Test

Justin Bieber's unstable footwork while taking a sobriety test after his DUI bust in January in Miami, may have a simple explanation.


In the clip of the sobriety test, taken while Bieber, 20, was in police custody, he appears to falter a bit when walking a straight line.

According to Miami Beach police documents released on Tuesday, Justin explained to cops at the time that he had a hairline fracture in his right foot because of a skateboarding accident a few months before.




While Bieber's blood-alcohol level was under the legal limit, he tested positive for Xanax and marijuana.

In the same police report, Bieber also insists he was not drag racing when the cops pulled  him over in a Lamborghini.


Bieber pled not guilty to DUI.
