Diddy took to Instagram on Sunday to honor The Notorious B.I.G. on the 17th anniversary of his tragic passing.
The Notorious B.I.G. (birth name Christopher George Latore Wallace) was fatally shot on March 9, 1997 in a case that remains unsolved.
Biggie's death inspired Diddy's Grammy-winning song "I'll Be Missing You."
In addition to writing "Miss u brother" in his number of posts, Diddy (real name Sean Combs) also shared a snapshot declaring Biggie "the greatest rapper of all time."
